Working at Talcott Resolution represents a unique and exciting opportunity. Talcott Resolution, the business segment that houses the run-off life and annuity businesses of The Hartford, is being sold to a group of private investors led by Cornell Capital LLC, Atlas Merchant Capital LLC, TRB Advisors LP, Global Atlantic Financial Group, Pine Brook and J. Safra Group. Upon close of transaction, expected in the first half of 2018, the segment will be separated from The Hartford and established as a standalone, private insurance company. Talcott Resolution will continue to manage the legacy Hartford blocks and, over time, will explore opportunities to acquire additional legacy blocks from other insurers.



 Strategically maintains and schedules calendar appointments for designated executive leader(s) with the intent of providing balance and efficiency

Coordinates executive meetings, departmental meetings (requiring significant interactions across Talcott Resolution Life Insurance Company) and external visits (room reservation, technology, meeting materials, agendas etc.)

Takes responsibility for projects as directed. Such projects may include activities such as researching, compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data along with developing recommendations to improve workflow efficiency

Ability to effectively navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment being proactive and reactive; easily adapts to rapidly changing priorities

Ensure the Executive has all required information in advance of meetings;  anticipate needs and take the initiative to obtain and provide materials

Conducts administrative support through answering phones, processing expense reports, coordinating travel plans and itineraries, coordinating office supply and equipment requests and other duties as assigned

Responds to various business inquiries with a professional demeanor

Demonstrates ability to use appropriate discretions in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters

Creates executive level presentations and materials

Ability to work well across the enterprise forming strong relationships with all leaders Qualifications: Qualifications:

7 years of administrative experience

Must exhibit exceptional customer service skills in all verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of delivering exceptional results

Presents an appropriately professional image; communicates clearly, concisely and diplomatically

Thrives while working under pressure and within tight timelines

Comfortable making decisions under conditions of ambiguity

Efficiency and ability to prioritize are essential

Demonstrates capability and success in an environment with changing priorities

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) and SharePoint 2013

Strong attention to detail

Strong technical skills which includes the understanding of data sources and ability to use systems to acquire the necessary data

Strong problem solving skills; ability to research and analyze data and information

Ability to work with confidential/sensitive information and use diplomacy in written/verbal communication with high level executive and internal/external clients

Ability to function independently while supporting group functions and initiatives
