The Hartford Sr. Digital Communications Analyst in WAYNE, Pennsylvania

Title: Sr. Digital Communications AnalystLocation: United States-Pennsylvania-WayneJob Number: 1801198Hartford Funds is looking for a Sr. Digital Communications Analyst, who will be responsible for creating, maintaining and managing marketing programs and financial advisor engagement strategies related to digital communications. The analyst will leverage internal teams focused on analytics, investment analysis, digital strategy, and content marketing to implement and execute on communications initiatives. A deep understanding of the needs of financial advisors, and various segments of current and former producers, will drive the creation and execution of campaigns to create awareness, lead generation and deepen advisor engagement. Details: • Utilizing our email marketing platform to build, test and deploy email campaigns. • Work with digital strategy and sales to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns. • Develop e-mail communications following defined creative process and digital strategy best practices. • Creating automated, personalized campaigns to drive engagement • Create testing engagement initiatives to develop ongoing best practices and increase overall engagement • Leverage developed content to create landing pages related to campaigns. • Utilize to create and internally promote campaigns, track progress and produce executive summaries. • Partner directly with distribution leadership to gain insight into the needs of target audience. • Communicate campaign results quarterly to senior marketing staff. Qualifications: • 3-10 years digital experience, financial services experience a plan. • Deep understanding of investments, and portfolio construction. • Able to drive projects to completion, coordinate activities and resolve issues to ensure timely and accurate channel strategy execution. • Excellent relationship building skills. • Experience with at least one leading email marketing service provider (Marketo* preferred) • Strong written and verbal communications skills. • Knowledge of, HTML and Adobe InDesign helpful. Training will be provided.
