Basic Knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.

Basic Knowledge about Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Burn down Metrics, Velocity etc.
Resource Management Skills- ability to determine supply and demand and obtain necessary resources across a matrixed organization to complete the work successfully

Computer Science undergraduate with co-op, internship or early career experience
Basic programming experience outside of the classroom
Demonstrated evidence of technical/analytical and logic-based problem solving skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or with a team
