Qualifications:

  • Basic Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban at https://www.yodiz.com/blog/difference-between-scrum-vs-kanban/ , XP, etc.

  • Basic Knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.

  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs includes fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

  • Basic Knowledge about Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Burn down Metrics, Velocity etc.

  • Resource Management Skills- ability to determine supply and demand and obtain necessary resources across a matrixed organization to complete the work successfully

  • Computer Science undergraduate with co-op, internship or early career experience

  • Basic programming experience outside of the classroom

  • Demonstrated evidence of technical/analytical and logic-based problem solving skills

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or with a team
