JOB TITLE : BI Senior Application Developer

DUTIES: Participate in multiple projects that may involve a broad variety of complex technical and business issues. Develop financial and risk management, analytic, and report systems used by a diverse user community. Maintain a working knowledge of basic Risk, Fixed Income and Equity Investment Management terms and processes. Participate in the due diligence and evaluation of business processes, services, vendors, and technologies. Effectively translate technology terms and functionality, into a business vocabulary understandable by non-technical staff. Ensure that sponsors, stakeholders and project teams are kept apprised of progress, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Assist users in permanently resolving problems with automated processes and data, as well as finding opportunities for enhancement. Integrate data and workflows that span multiple business processes and systems, testing and quality assurance of new systems and system releases. Perform end user education and training.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate work experience. Experience must include:Transact SQL; MarkIT EDM; Business Objects; SSRS; SSIS; SSAS (MDX; Autosys; C#; Visual Studio; Tableau; Data warehousing architecture; Data modeling; and Hadoop.
