As a Small Commercial Operations Manager you will manage a team of front line Customer Relationship Specialists, guiding them through a fast paced and ever evolving culture, to create a high quality/ low customer effort experience for our agents and policyholders.


In this exciting leadership opportunity, you will work effectively with business partners and peer leaders in achievement of organizational goals and business initiatives. You will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, leading and managing through change, team building, communicating effectively and recruiting and hiring using the behaviors outlined below:

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience required (3 years in a leadership capacity)

You have knowledge of commercial insurance products for automobile, workers' compensation, general liability, property and other business insurance coverage's strongly preferred.

You have proven strong leadership, performance management and coaching skills to build a high performing team while defining clear accountabilities and expectations

You are able to influence others and have effective change management skills

You actively demonstrate the behaviors which underscore our organizational values

You have excellent interpersonal, effective communications (written & verbal) and strong relationship building skills

You have solid critical thinking and proven track record of delivering excellent results

You have good organizational, time management, delegation and effective decision making skills
