WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? • Assisting multiple lines of business with operations duties • Analysis & resolution of both routine and complicated work requests • Financial transaction processing and regulatory compliance such as assisting Workers’ Compensation with jurisdictional form filings • Meeting & exceeding hard deadlines • Various project work from multiple lines of business • Continuous process improvement • New claim triage and assignment process • May be required to assist Claims Customer Care and Customer Contact Center teams with calls Behaviors at the Hartford • Deliver Outcomes – Drive exceptional performance to move the company forward. • Work As A Team – Collaborate inclusively to achieve the best results. • Build Strong Partnerships – Create lasting value through trusted relationships. • Strive for Excellence – Always look for ways to continuously improve.

The location for this position is Aurora, IL. This position is not remote eligible.


The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with occasional overtime.WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
