What does a Claims job entail? As a Hartford Claims employee, you will:

  • Leave Management Ability Analyst will review/ investigate Family Medical Leave (FML) claims and call out to claimants as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with policy provisions and state/federal regulations.

This Position is open to Bloomington, MN or Rancho Cordova, CA, or Alpharetta, GA or Lake Mary, FL.

  • Must be flexible to work as early as 7am and as late as 6pm*
