  • Leave Management Ability Analyst will review/ investigate Family Medical Leave (FML) claims and call out to claimants as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with policy provisions and state/federal regulations.

This Position is open to Bloomington, MN or Rancho Cordova, CA, or Alpharetta, GA or Lake Mary, FL.

  • Must be flexible to work as early as 7am and as late as 6pm*

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

  • Possess a high level of initiative, self-directed, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leave Management experience a plus.
