As a payment associate, you’ll be the voice of our company, handling incoming calls from our customers and helping them address their billing needs. Start Date: Monday, February 27, 2017

Training Hours:

Your training schedule will be Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM AZ Local time. Time off during training is not allowed.

Post Training Hours:

· Monday through Friday = 10:30 AM – 7PM

· Every Other Saturday = 7:30AM – 3PM with a comp day that week and a 9 hr Monday


With this specific class we are interested in experienced candidates who are over the age of 50 years old. Do you meet this criteria?


At The Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and reward performance.

· The Salary for this position is $27K a year ($12.98an hour) during training.

· You will receive a 5% shift differential for all hours worked during the weeks you work a Saturday.

· New hires have the opportunity to increase their base salary within the first year by participating in our milestone program. Once training is complete, the Monthly Sales Incentive Compensation bonus program allows sales representatives the opportunity to earn additional money on a monthly basis.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills

You enjoy talking with and assisting customers over the telephone

You are proficient with basic computer skills

You have the ability to multi-task – talk to customers while simultaneously accessing the computer system

You are responsible and dependable to adhere to assigned work schedule
