Training Hours:Monday – Friday 10:30am – 7:00pm

Post Training:Monday – Friday 1:30pm – 10:00pm

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Personal Lines Customer Sales agent, you will quote and sell auto and home insurance policies to AARP members who call to request a quote. In this position you will support our company business development strategy. You will do this through inbound calls only , which means there is no cold calling or lead generation required . The Hartford will provide you with 11 weeks of paid training, including preparation and sponsorship for your Personal Lines P & C insurance exam and license in 47 States.

AS AN INBOUND SALES AGENT YOU WILL:

· Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies

· Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly understand a specific request or customer need., and then leverage knowledge and resources to provide the appropriate solutions

· Work collaboratively with your team to improve performance and explore customer solutions

· Adhere to The Hartford’s employment policies and procedures, including attendance and professionalism in the workplace

·The salary range for this position is$33,000-$37,000/year!!

Qualifications:
