**The position location is flexible**Major PurposeReporting to the Director, HR Data & Business Intelligence, the Sr. Consultant Bus Data Analysis (HR) is responsible for management and administration of HR’s Reporting, Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools, (including data integrations with other HR systems and overall data quality and integrity), as well as, design, development and execution of reports and scorecards requested by business partners.S/he has a strong understanding of core HR processes, HR Reporting and is the subject matter expert in HR Reporting, analytics and BI tools, as well as, the data integrations with other HR systems.Primary responsibilities include:+ System Administration and oversight of the HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools. Including successful management of ensuing data is accurate and up to date, and project management of new implementations and updates, as a result of data changes in source systems and changing business needs.+ Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools, consulting with HR Process Owners and system administrators on how changes/additions to data in source systems will impact HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools+ Support the HR Analytics & Insight team as HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools/system SME, ensuring data integrity and system standards are met; as well as design, development and execution of reports or scorecards.+ Executing delivery and QA of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.+ Design, Develop and execute ad-hoc report and scorecard requests.+ Will also be a key stakeholder in roadmap discussions about the future of all HR Reporting and BI tools, including any process, systems or platform changes.Job Duties

  • Consults with HR Analytics Team and / or HR Business to design, develop and execute (i.e., ad hoc reports, automated reports, metrics reporting, business scorecards) utilizing multiple Reporting, Analytic & BI Tools+ Project Manages the implementation of end-to end Reporting, Analytic & BI tool solutions, including: supporting the delivery of new systems, system changes driven by the vendor or business and annual HR Data processes. Includes requirements, analysis and UAT.+ Administration ofReporting, Analytic & BI Tool(s), including; ongoing system enhancements, releases, upgrades, fixes, etc. Partners strongly with Process Owner to consult on leveraging current and future tool capabilities to meet the needs of the business and align to HR Strategy.+ Aides in the delivery of self-service Reporting & Analytics while helping to promote change from legacy culture.Major Functions:Typical responsibilities for assigned area(s) include:

Consulting

  • Forms strong partnerships with HR Analytics partners and system admins of up & downstream systems, seeks to understand business strategy related to workforce analytics, business intelligence tools and reporting and ensures tools and reports meet business needs.+ Forms strong partnerships with vendor counterparts to deliver results.+ Understands and aligns vendor roadmap with business needs.+ Has the ability to identify new ways for vendors/technology to support the business strategy.+ Leads efforts to identify, articulate and resolve issues related to HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools and reports/scorecards.+ Collects and synthesizes business needs and requirements, translates those into recommendations on self-serve or designed reports, scorecards and/or data visualization.+ Anticipates customer issues and proactively determines procedures or solutions.+ Researches and evaluates potential technology solutions to meet business needs+ Identifies and optimizes repeatable work tasks.Project Management

  • Accountable for managing all aspects of monthly and quarterly technology releases for HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools. This includes impact assessment, forming of recommendations, stakeholder engagement through testing and deployment and monitoring of steady state adoption.

  • Ensures the accurate scoping and planning of projects including establishing charter, milestones, implementation, risk mitigation, and change management plans. Involves appropriate stakeholders and manages assigned projects to meet business objectives and requirements.
  • Follows up with lessons learned in order to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to successfully work across all levels of the organization, including interacting with management.+ Accountability of project results and project team efforts for respective work stream.End to End Integration

  • Has a deep understanding of touch points for HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools.

  • Strong understanding of HR Reporting, Analytics and BI tools data flow and dependencies with other technologies.

Qualifications+ Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience. + Experience managing and executing project plans. + 5 Years in HR Data/Reporting/Analytics & Report Design + 5-7 Years in HR. + A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR system/tool design, administration or supporting HR programs / operations + Experience in HR System Management / Administration (in a SaaS Environment – preferred) + Strong communication skills with proficiency in drafting business requirements, reports and presentations + Ability to work well with others and build and maintain productive internal and external relationships. + Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/competing priorities simultaneously + Expert in Microsoft Excel + Proficient with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint required. + Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Visio preferred.Job: GA-Business Data Analysis
