WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THIS POSITION?The Hartford is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of a Shared Digital Capabilities Solutions Specialistin support of the CTO Shared Digital Capabilities (SDC) organization. This role will work on digital services of diverse/broad scope, elicit business enhancement needs, work closely with IT and business digital stakeholders across the Enterprise, and assume day to day responsibilities for our shared utilities. The desired candidate will work with business partners, collecting requirements for Shared Digital Utilities, configure the utility and test. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in digital, experience with administering 3rdparty vendor applications, work in Agile project environment, drive sponsored digital initiatives independently to completion, possess excellent written/verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently.Desired Skills and Experience:General Qualifications+ Strong digital background preferred; hands-on experience supporting multiple Enterprise digital services is highly desired (Digital Services like Digital Analytics, Web Analytics tools, e-Signature, Customer Identity & Access Mgmt, Optical Character Recognition, SMS Texting, Click to Engage, Web content governance). + Technically savvy in the digital commerce and customer journey space. Able to identify and propose new enterprise solutions to improve customer experience and drive business efficiency. + Identify, Configure & Administer Digital Utilities, audit changes made, and manage configurations throughout the software development lifecycle. + Ability to create dimensions, metrics on Web Analytics Tools (Adobe Insight and Google Analytics Premium) to support reporting requirements for the Enterprise. + Strategic thinking skills. Ability to provide options and assess solutions looking at the business holistically, develop implementation approach plans and execute business requests with close partnership from IT, Operations and Digital teams. + Strong understanding of current and emerging IT products, services, processes and methodologies + Experience in a senior business analyst or solutions-specialist role, following the SDLC and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated proficiency at requirements planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation, requirements analytics and documentation, and providing support from solution design, test phases, implementation through to post-implementation. + Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment + Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with developing estimates and prioritizing deliverables. + Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization (e.g. entry level end-user through to Senior Management) and demonstrate strong leadership skills. + Ability to execute on day-to-day activities while also working on longer-term strategic development work + Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines + Using standard MS tools (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), create reporting dashboards and custom reports using data from across multiple sources + Candidate should be a change Leader and be comfortable bringing new ideas to the team that align with The Hartford’s strategic growth and visionCommunications+ Excellent oral and written communication skills for data collection and documentation+ Experienced facilitator with strong presentation skills+ Proven analytical and writing skills to produce systems development requirements+ Ability to apply the appropriate knowledge and techniques necessary to draw out requirements completely and accurately from stakeholders+ Expert communication is essential, must be able to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights to various roles from developers to other stakeholders+ Advise stakeholders on industry best practices and company standards+ Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization (e.g. entry level end-user through to Senior Management) and influence decision makers+ Ability to understand user experience holistically, and offer recommendations on improving these experiencesManagement+ Manages the priorities for related work (defects and enhancements) and presents recommendations to management+ Ability to effectively interface with others and develop healthy, productive work interactions.+ Effectively handle work load by managing priorities and communicating to all necessary points of contact on a regular basis+ Understands sound project management methodology+ Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment and independently+ Experience with developing estimates and prioritizing deliverables+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:
