The Social Enablement Program Manager will support, assist and may lead enterprise-wide social and digital projects; assuring project schedules are on target, assisting with advanced administrative duties and coordinating with internal and external teams.

The PM should be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently and follow through on multiple tasks. This role would have oversight for the existing claims ratings & reviews program; including coordinating upcoming initiatives with all lines of businesses, troubleshooting any issues and managing the vendor relationship and their deliverables.

This role includes supporting projects and in some cases leading new deployments of word of mouth marketing initiatives, such as new use cases for the enterprise ratings & reviews, as well as for Social Questions, a dynamic online FAQ forum that offers self-service and aims to reduce call center volume.

The responsibilities will also extend into supporting other enterprise digital utilities, including assisting in understanding business requirements across multiple lines of business in order to research and recommend optimal solutions and cost savings. In addition, the PM will provide support services for team’s social selling program, in terms of assisting with documentation, analytics and analysis of ROI, as well as logistics of coordinating brand reviews with creative services on new training and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment, and is also interested in expanding knowledge in the breadth of digital and social enterprise programs under the eBusiness organization.


  • Oversight and vendor relationship for Claims Ratings & Reviews program, as well as management of deployed word-of-mouth marketing programs.
  • Creation and development of program analytics, including some analysis, for the digital and social programs that the team has oversight on.
  • Provides support across multiple digital and social programs, managing updates to project schedules and assuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and other documents needed to ensure that that there is a complete overview of the current status of LV projects and that information is readily retrievable.
  • Composes or generates a variety of materials (e.g. reports, memos, letters, manuals, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, training, providing written reference and/or conveying information regarding the status of projects, etc.
  • Makes sure that internal customers are kept regularly informed as to the status of projects and otherwise communicate with as needed.


  • Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools and/or scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Vendor management experience
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize and follow through with tasks, as well as juggle multiple activities
  • Team player and able to juggle multiple programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others; teamwork and consensus-building skills.
  • Insurance Industry or Finance industry experience a plus
