Leave Management Ability Analyst

We are currently hiring for Leave Management Ability Analysts and we are looking for people who truly want to make a difference like YOU.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • In addition to answering calls from new and existing FML claimants, the Leave Management Ability Analyst will review/ investigate Family Medical Leave (FML) claims
  • Ensure compliance with policy provisions and state/federal regulations.
  • Proven record of excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent critical thinking & listening skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Possess a high level of initiative, self-directed, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leave Management experience a plus
